Pink Expression

Original title: Expression rose

Mixed media relief. Technically complex, with layered materials, collages, fabrics, crumpled papers and thick paste, it is an artwork as tactile as it is visual. A "sculpture" canvas with an interesting richness of materials. The central diagonal (pink/khaki band) structures a composition that could have gone off in every direction. The cyan accents at the bottom and in the centre bring a perfectly measured breath of colour into all this pink/magenta. A centrifugal composition in which the eye struggles to find its way in, yet one that convinces through its handmade strength and the harmony of its colours.
